Training Timetable

Dragon boating promotes a zero impact physical fitness training, in particular for the upper body. Use major muscles above the waist, dramatically improve heart and lung strengths.

Be a social or competitive paddler, train for state and international titles. Be involved in a team sport, meet new people and have a load of fun whilst improving your fitness.

What to bring with you:

Bottle of water (suggested size is 600ml)
Singlet, T Shirt & Shorts in Summer
Include a wind jacket or thermals in Winter
Water Shoes (shoes will get wet)
Sun Block
Hat
Sun Glasses
Towel
A change of clothes (paddling clothes can get wet)

NOTE during winter training will be on Tuesday evenings and Saturday morning. Sunday social paddle only if sufficient numbers.
